Dear Joanne:

Karen and I have been in our new home for about a month now. We have plenty to do inside and out, but it is becoming more homey every day. We love it!

We want to thank you, Matt and Jessica for the great job you did helping us. Your imprint is all over this place and it wouldn't have happened without your insight, guidance and thoughtfulness. It was a great ride for us working with you.

Anyhow, we're still looking forward to your visit.

Again, thanks to all of you for everything you've done. We made a great choice in choosing Sargent's Homes for our new home.
