Dear Joanne,

As we approach the end of our third year in our “new” house, we had to drop you a note. We wanted to say “thanks” for the personal service and quality home we received from Sargent's. We absolutely love our home and are grateful for the time you devoted to us so we could own it.

A neighbor just the other day asked us if we had any problems with our home, and both Kevin and I grinned and said “absolutely not”. We shopped around for quality and feel that is what we got.

Thanks to you and all the staff at Sargent's for everything. We have a beautiful home that we all love. And, after hearing a lot of “horror stories” from folks who bought a home at one of the local competitors we breathe a sigh of relief that we took the time to come to Ellsworth to talk to you. We are so glad we did.
