There are no words that can express our happiness in our purchase of a beautiful Oxford home - but I will try!

To be sure my husband did a considerable amount of research into modular homes, for several months, before we decided to purchase an Oxford home from Sargent's Modular Homes if all was as it appeared to be. That was a big “if” - which was promptly and effectively taken care of by Joanne Sargent. Joanne answered every question to our satisfaction.

In closing - we want you all at Oxford Homes to be proud of your product - which we feel is unsurpassed. And, I doubt that you would find better representation than Sargent's Homes. The quality of workmanship from both Oxford and Sargent's is of the finest - all have been most obliging, polite and anxious to please - and are still doing so.

It's been almost a year since you delivered our Kent home. We feel so blessed to have a home in Maine.

No new home is perfect, but your positive attitude and unwavering SERVICE turned it into a perfect home. You always wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We thank you very much for all the effort you put into our project. We could not have done it without you and your fellow employees and contractors. Remember YOU set the standard.

Our experience with your excellent team started with our purchase through Joanne. She made the process pretty simple. She was always willing to let us in on "little secrets" that would save us money or improve the quality of our home through upgrades that would enhance its beauty and functionality. She stuck with us until she was comfortable that we had thought through all the options and final points. She was the coach to make sure we did not forget anything.

Then there's Dale. He's unbelievable! There is nothing he can't make right, whether it's the cabinets, the floor, the HRV system, etc. You are very fortunate to have a contractor that truly knows what he is doing. And he does it with a great attitude. One feels pretty special when he's working on your home. You know it's been done right.
